Product Description

Super hot pepper, in the Guiness Book of World Records as the hottest until just recently. Eat one of these and you will feel like you have been stung by a scorpion! Hotter than Bhut Jolokia and Naga Morich. Tested at over 1,400,000 scoville units. Fruits are bumpy, start green and ripen to orange and then red, when they are hottest. Most have a little tail, which is where they get the Scorpion name. The Moruga is one of the hottest strain of Scorpions. From the island of Trinidad, selected by Butch Taylor from Zydeco Sauces. Quite productive where they have enough heat. Probably about 80 days to produce green, longer for red. Plants start small but make a large bush.

Caution! Please handle these peppers as though they were fire, because they are! Wear gloves and eye protection, and wash your hands with lemon juice before touching anything. Please act responsibly regarding sharing with others. The burn from these on eyes or other sensitive areas is excruciating.
