Product Description

New!  A stunning and unique new grape tomato from Wild Boar Farms...

We have a 6 plant minimum for shipping purposes. You can mix and match varieties to meet the minimum.

75 to 85 days. Open Pollinated. Indeterminate. Large plum tomato with lavender and purple stripes, turning to technicolor olive-green, red, and brown/blue stripes when fully ripe. You have never seen any tomato like it! Also happens to be very productive and heat and disease resistant. Grow these for their amazing looks and productivity, and if you don't require a very sweet tomato. The flavor is more spritely and tart than sweet. If you love Green Zebras, you should be happy with these. The fruits can seem to take forever to ripen and I do not recommend this variety for the north unless you use season extending tricks. A recent release from Brad Gates (Wild Boar Farm), who is one of the finest tomato breeders of our time. He uses heirloom genetics to breed modern varieties that are gorgeous, productive, and disease resistant. This little tomato is one of his absolute best.

Our plants are sustainably raised in our own potting mix. We use only organic fertilizers and sprays if needed. We have been growing and selling plants since 1997.

Our tomato plants are shipped in individual 3" deep pots. They are usually 8 to 10 inches tall and are ready to be planted out in your garden.

We package our plants with extreme care so they arrive undamaged at your doorstep. Each plant is tucked into its own padded sleeve. The soil in each pot is covered so it will not spill out. A plant tag identifying the variety is included with each plant.

Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will e-mail you with a shipping date that we choose based on your last frost date. You are welcome to change the date to any other shipping week from late March through May.
